Overlord is produced by Madhouse Studios. The same producer for One Punch Man, Death Note, Paprika and much much more! Needless to say, Overlord is a really amazing anime. Totally recommended
Season 1 was premiered in Japan in July 2015. The story takes place in year 2138. One day, a popular online game ,Yggdrasil quietly shut down. However, the main character of the series decided to not log out until the end. Momonga is then transformed into a most powerful wizard, a skeleton. The world starts to change where NPCs began feeling emotions. The main character strikes to take over the new world.

The story is well developed and very detailed. Graphics are quite well drawn and also very detailed. The anime is quite similar to the famous Sword Art Online, Accel World ,No Game No Life and Log Horizon. If you were into these anime, you would love Overlord !
Overall,I would rate this anime 9/10.
