1. Zoldyck Killua
He is the best friend of HunterxHunter main protagonist - Gon Freecss. From the very start, he was strong and combined his electrical skills with his predispositions make him a really great warrior. Oops! Assasin!
2. Sasuke Uchiha
Another best friend of the main protagonist. This time I don't have to present him. Sasuke Uchiha is a ninja, whose chakra nature is lightning. His Kamui. His technique - Kirin is one of the strongest from this universe (until everyone has unlimited chakra and overpower techniques)
3. Laxus Dreyar
Member of guild Fairy Tail, and one of the strongest characters from fairies. He`s a dragon slayer, what is a proof of his power. It is hard to stay worthy opponent from him, he was created as overpowered character from start of the show.
4. Enel
Enel is an antagonist from One Piece, who ate devil fruits which give him the ability to manipulate electricity. Combining his fruit abilities with Haki make him a great opponent, who made a lot of trouble to the Strawhats. At all, Luffy beat him down only because he was counter to him.
5. Yoruichi Shihoin
One of the strongest female fighter from anime Bleach. Her cat abilities can make her fast and clever which is the good combination with lighting powers. At all maybe she`s not as strong as other characters but she absolutely deserves to be noticed!
