Cyborg kuro-chan is a story written by Naoki Yokouchi, it started as a manga in 1997 and was later adapted to anime format, broadcasted from 1999 to 2001, with 66 episodes.
The story presents the adventures of Kuro-chan. An ordinary house cat that lives in a regular neighborhood with a couple of grandparents. Or at least it was like that until the day he decided to confess his feelings to a female poodle dog that he secretly liked, but in the process he was kidnapped by the evil scientist Dr. Go, who took him to his laboratory, transforming kuro into a cybernetic cat with the intention of making him obey and help him to dominate the world with his other creations too.
Luckily, Kuro-chan manages to take off the control chip and escapes, and then takes a stuffed cat and disguise himself, preventing his new and cybernetic identity from being discovered. From that moment Kuro-chan becomes a kind of "vigilante", dedicated to protect the couple of grandparents who are his owners and at the same time frustrating the plans of the evil Dr. Go and his robotic henchman Mi-kun, every time he is involved in them.
Kuro-chan

Our protagonist is a somewhat violent and rude cat, but always ends up helping his friends when the situation requires it, in addition to protecting the couple of grandparents. His favorite weapon is a Gatling gun.
Mi-kun

Henchman of Dr. Go and enemy of kuro-chan at the beginning, although little by little they start to become friends. Unlike kuro-chan he is very calm and respectful. His favorite weapon is the sword.
Tora-chan

He is a stray cat that was saved by Dr. Go and Mi-kun, wears a cape and has a patch on his right eye. He has a past story with kuro-chan and is more aggressive than kuro is. His favorite weapon is a boomerang.
Dr. Go
###
He is the typical mad and evil scientist whose goal is to dominate the world. He is responsible for creating Mi-kun and the cybernetic body of Kuro-chan.
Kotaro

A genius child who considers himself the #1 fan of kuro-chan. His admiration is so great that he even dresses like him and sometimes he even uses Kuro's favorite weapon, the Gatling gun.
Nana
###
It is a creation of Kotaro, who used a simple lamp and turned it into a robot housewife. She is in love with Kuro-chan, but he does not correspond to her feelings.
Ichiro Suzuki
###
A school teacher who also admires kuro-chan. He is a dedicated otaku and regularly gets involved in the shenanigans that happen around kuro. Although he is very clumsy he always manages to overcome his fears when he receives encouragement from his students.
Romeo and Juliet

A couple in love who are really aliens. They are always very optimistic regardless of the situations in which they are involved.
The grandparents
###
The older couple that treats kuro-chan like a normal cat, since they never found out about his cybernetic change, and they think that kuro only stays at home doing what normal cats do. They can be very careless and are often involved in situations where they need to be rescued by Kuro-chan.
This is an anime that i watched in my childhood, when it was aired on a public television channel.
It was broadcasted during the afternoons around 3:00 p.m. And it was one of the reasons why i always wanted to leave school early and not miss the adventures of this funny cast.
So ... If you like old anime and cats too, consider giving this crazy and entertaining animation a try. It is very likely to make you laugh at least once.

Cyborg kuro-chan es una historia escrita por Naoki Yokouchi, comenzó como un manga en 1997 y posteriormente fue adaptado a formato anime transmitiéndose desde 1999 hasta 2001, contando con 66 episodios.
La historia nos presenta las aventuras de kuro-chan. Un gato casero común y corriente que vive en un vecindario cualquiera junto a una pareja de abuelos. O al menos era así hasta el día en que decidió confesarle sus sentimientos a una perrita poodle de la cual gustaba en secreto, pero en el proceso fue secuestrado por el maligno científico Dr. Go, quien lo llevo hasta su laboratorio, transformandolo así en un gato cibernético con la intención de que le obedeciera y le ayudara a dominar el mundo junto a sus otras creaciones.
Por suerte kuro-chan logra quitarse el chip de control y escapar, para luego tomar un peluche de gato y así disfrazarse, evitando que se descubra su nueva y cibernética identidad. Desde ese momento kuro-chan se convierte en una especie de "vigilante", dedicado a proteger a la pareja de abuelos que son sus dueños y a la vez frustrando los planes del malvado Dr. Go y su secuaz robótico Mi-kun, cada vez que se ve involucrado en ellos.
Kuro-chan

Nuestro protagonista es un gato algo violento y maleducado, pero que siempre termina ayudando a sus amigos cuando la situación lo requiere, ademas de proteger a la pareja de abuelos. Su arma favorita es un revolver gatlin.
Mi-kun

Secuaz del Dr. Go y enemigo de kuro-chan al inicio, aunque poco a poco estos se van haciendo amigos.A diferencia de kuro-chan él es muy tranquilo y respetuoso. Su arma favorita es la espada.
Tora-chan
###
Es un gato callejero que fue salvado por el Dr.Go Y Mi-kun, usa una capa y tiene un parche en su ojo derecho.Tiene una historia pasada con kuro-chan y es más agresivo que él.Su arma favorita es un boomerang.
Dr. Go
###
Es el típico científico loco y malvado cuya meta es dominar el mundo. Es el responsable por crear a Mi-kun y el cuerpo cibernético de Kuro-chan.
Kotaro
###
Un niño genio que se considera a si mismo el fan #1 de kuro-chan. Es tanta su admiración por el que hasta se viste como él y en algunas ocasiones llega a usar el arma favorita de kuro, el revolver gatlin.
Nana
###
Es una creación de kotaro, quien uso una simple lampara y la convirtió en una ama de casa robot. Esta enamorada de kuro-chan, pero este no le corresponde.
Ichiro Suzuki
###
Un maestro de escuela que también admira a kuro-chan. Es un dedicado otaku y regularmente se ve involucrado en las locuras que ocurren alrededor de kuro.Aunque es muy torpe siempre consigue vencer sus miedos cuando recibe animo de sus alumnos.
Romeo y Julieta
###
Una pareja de enamorados que en realidad son extraterrestres.Siempre son muy optimistas sin importar las situaciones en las que se vean involucrados.
Los abuelos
###
La pareja mayor que trata a kuro-chan como un gato normal, ya que nunca se enteran de su cambio cibernético y piensan que kuro solo se queda en casa haciendo lo que los gatos normales hacen. Pueden ser muy descuidados y frecuentemente se ven involucrados en situaciones donde necesitan ser rescatados por kuro-chan.
Este es un anime que llegue a ver en mi infancia, cuando fue transmitido en un canal de televisión publica.
Era trasmitido durante las tardes alrededor de las 3:00 p.m. Y era una de las razones por las que siempre quería salir temprano de la escuela y así no perderme las aventuras de este gracioso elenco.
Así que... Si te gusta el anime viejo y también los gatos, considera darle una oportunidad a esta loca y entretenida animacion. Es muy probable que te haga reír al menos una vez.
