Argument
Ten years ago the "gravitational disaster" that plunged more than 70% of Tokyo into the ocean occurred. Igarashi Ganta is a high school student who survived such misfortune but he has no memory of the disaster and simply wants to live a normal life. Everything changed one day when a mysterious man covered in blood appears in the window of his classroom. "The Red Man" who kills his classmates and lets him live but Ganta is charged with the grisly murders and sentenced to death in "Deadman Wonderland."

Hace Diez años que ocurrió el “desastre gravitacional” que hundió más del 70% de Tokio en el océano. Igarashi Ganta es un estudiante de escuela secundaria que sobrevivió a tal desgracia pero él no tiene ningún recuerdo sobre el desastre y simplemente desea vivir una vida normal. Todo cambió un día cuando un hombre misterioso cubierto de sangre se le aparece en la ventana de su aula. “El Hombre Rojo” quien mata sus compañeros de clase y lo deja vivir pero Ganta es acusado culpable por los espantosos asesinatos y condenado a muerte en “Deadman Wonderland”.

Opinion
I recommend see the ANIME BEFORE read the manga because if read the manga first you will be disappointed by the changes, which at first are somewhat insignificant (except !!! SPOILER ALERT !!!! The earthquake change to a "gravitational problem")but that later if they are really important and that is why the great majority of those who read the manga shouted at the sky.
In my case first I saw the anime and then I started to investigate when I was going to start the second season, surprising to me that there was not going to be any because of the various changes that made in the anime with respect to the manga so neither short nor lazy me I arranged to read the manga and I gave the reason to all who complained.
I have no idea how they were going to take the story with those important changes that they applied (although they do not seem it), but even I think that they were going to make a disaster. Maybe yes, maybe not, but is better known good (here does not apply the bad because the manga is very good)good to known. Yes, I would have liked which they was animate the whole manga because those fights and especially the part where Ganta leaves the Submarine (the one who reads the manga knows what part it is) are tremendous and with sound and movement would have remained ufff(good imagination for something I have you).
If they had done it faithful to the manga and had animated everything, I assure you it was an cult anime, those who almost say:"Stand aside, I'm coming."But no, they start experimenting with something that is fine. And is that even the OVA is different ... I prefer that part of the manga, not bad but I prefer the manga. And put in the ending to Idaki Hitara.Do not put it in the anime but if in the ending of the OVA? This people….
My recommendation? I go back and I repeat: SEE ANIME first, enjoy it and AFTER read the manga. Do not do it before because they will not be able to enjoy it in full and is really very good anime but as I said before, if you read the manga are going to disappoint with changes echos in the anime. And do not be predisposed to it is bad unless you have read the manga and only guided by comments. After all, everyone should experience some things for themselves to give their opinion and this is one of the few animes that people say is bad by the difference with the manga but it is not a bad anime by itself (there are others that make some changes that one says: the shit).

Recomiendo ver el ANIME ANTES de leer el manga ya que si lo hacen al revés van a decepcionarse por los cambios que al principio son algo insignificantes (exceptuando ¡!!!SPOILER ALERT!!!! El cambio de terremoto a “problema gravitacional”) pero que después si son realmente importantes y es por lo que la gran mayoría de los que leyeron el manga pegaron el grito en el cielo.
En mi caso primero vi el anime y después me puse a investigar cuando iba a empezar la segunda temporada sorprendiéndome al enterarme de que no iba a haber ninguna por los diversos cambios que le hicieron al anime con respecto al manga así que ni corto ni perezoso me dispuse a leer el manga yyyy les di la razón a todos los que se quejaron.
No tengo ni idea como iban a llevar la historia con esos importantes cambios que aplicaron (aunque no lo parezcan), pero hasta yo creo que la iban a hacer un desastre. Tal vez si, tal vez no, pero es mejor bueno conocido (aquí no aplica lo de malo porque el manga es muy bueno) que bueno por conocer. Sí me hubiese gustado que animaran todo el manga porque esas peleas y sobre todo la parte donde Ganta sale del Submarino (el que leyó el manga sabe que parte es)son tremendas y con sonido & movimiento hubieran quedado ufff (bueno imaginación para algo te tengo).
Si lo hubieran echo fiel al manga y lo hubiesen animado todo, les aseguro que fuera un anime de culto, esos que casi dicen: “apártense que vengo yo”. Pero no, se ponen a experimentar con algo que esta bien. Y es que hasta el OVA es diferente…prefiero esa parte del manga, no es mala pero prefiero el manga.Y ponen en el ending a Idaki Hitara ¿no lo ponen en el anime y lo ponen en el ending del ova? Esta gente….
¿Mi recomendación?vuelvo y repito: VEAN primero el ANIME, disfrútenlo y DESPUÉS se leen el manga. No lo hagan antes porque no van a poder disfrutarlo en plenitud y es en verdad muy buen anime pero como dije anteriormente, si leen el manga se van a desilusionar con los cambios echos en el anime. Y tampoco vayan predispuestos a que es malo sino han leído el manga y solo se guían por comentarios. Después de todo cada quien debe experimentar algunas cosas por si mismo para poder dar su opinión y este es uno de los pocos animes que la gente dice que es malo por la diferencia con el manga mas no es un mal anime por si mismo(hay otros que hacen unos cambios que uno dice: la cagaron).

Apart from the overwhelming differences highlighted above, the only one of the light novels is that they explain more details of the plot. I think that reading the manga is enough, but if you feel like it, you can read the novels. You know, to fill the void that remains sometimes

Aparte de las diferencias abrumadoras que resalte más arriba la única de las novelas ligeras es que explican mas detalles de la trama. Considero que con leer el manga es suficiente aunque si tienen ganas de mas se pueden leer las novelas. Ustedes saben, para llenar el vacío que queda algunas veces
