So, do you know what kind of boys that girls NEVER falls for at first sight?
Yes, unattractive boys, or specifically, UGLY boys.
And also yes, Gouda Takeo from the anime "Ore Monogatari" is one typical example for unattractive boys: He has a big body like a bear, a pair of bold eyebrows and big lips >.<
He makes everyone scares when they first see him and the girls often say "kimochi waruiiii" (ewwwww, yuck!) when looking at him .-.
Just because of his look and also, his body, makes him unpopular among the girls and all his crushes seem to fall for his attractive bestfriend, Sunakawa Makoto:
Suna is a super popular boy for his ikemen* (goodlooking) face. He's cold but caring and also kind. He's just not his best when comes to showing his emotions <3 However, Suna is super handsome everytime everywhere. He's also thin, the opposite to Takeo.
However, things are about to change when Yamato Rinko appeared. She's my favourite kind of heroine: Cute, small, kind, warm-hearted, beautiful and also good at cooking.
No words can explain how much I like this girl. She's just so so so cute >v< She loves Takeo at first sight (which is so weird, right?) and appeared to be super nervous when it comes to Takeo (omg she is really kawaii). So, do you guys know why Rinko is so into Takeo? Follow me and you shall see, Takeo has his own good personalities among his unattractive appearance!
1. He's strong & muscular:
Takeo is 2m height, 160kg and possess an unbelievable strength. He is also specially good at judo and all other sports. However, he only uses his strength to help other people (such as the judo club) and people surrounding him. He has a lot of male fans from every places and surprisingly popular among the boys at his highschool.
2. Super kind! (Sometime naive, but it's cute, right?)
Takeo always believes everything other people says. He also tries his best to help as much people as he could, but sometimes... it doesn't go well (such as when he heard there was a weird stalker near the kindergarten, he stood in front of the school's gate all day and got reported by the citizens T.T Poor Takeo)!!!
3. He understands other people's emotions and cares about them.
Although he appeared to be kinda naive and dumb but somehow Takeo always seems to be the first one to notice other people's emotions. He cares about Yamato, always respect her choices and willing to do everything in his ability to make her happy. Same with his bestfriend, Suna, he always notices him and he knows when Suna is not fine and be there just in time to help him. Everybody seems to be scared from Takeo at first but then started to like him and want to be his friend.
I know it's hard to just listed all of Takeo's good personalities in one post, but if you guys want to know more about him, please go ahead and check "Ore Monogatari" out! It's a perfect comedy shoujo anime for your stress reduction and relaxations ! I totally recommend and maybe I'll post a review on it later!
