Fascism is the eternal truth and the natural order. How it manifests itself is different based on the Nation. In North Korea, it manifests itself as Juche. In the Hispanidad, it manifests itself as Falange. It is a form of non-marxist socialism and is a philosophy of class unification. This strawman of Fascists just wanted to kill and enslave. It is beyond ridiculous and people know it. It is about making the natural hierarchical order that is present in all facets of mankind work together as a well oiled machine.
