I needed a heavy stand to hold an anvil and had some old red gum fence posts and treated pine laying around.
The wood grain came up nice after a bit of sanding but I didn’ try to hard as it will get banged around.
I think I liked it better before I oiled the surface
Love reclaimed wood projects. I like the before oil pic too.
I'm currently covering a wall with reclaimed barn wood.
