For real. Had some students that I worked with had no technical skills. Great MMA guys and big into bjj. Ranked.
Me out of shape coach. No ranking. Easily able to work control and manage them. They gas's from trying to beat position with strength.
Loved it. But it's super hard on.me these days. Last full speed roll tore/ broke my rib and still bothering me.
Worst part is I had that roll dead to rights.
I'll take my skill over a belt anyday.
