... progress today, as I decided to give 130kg (287 lbs) a go for my 5x5 Deadlifts on today's leg-day🦵.
That means I've increased my training weight by 10kg since starting the #getinshapechallenge by @appics and @actifit! Needless to say I'm quite happy with that🙂.
Also did 120kg hip thrusts 10x3 (up 20kg since starting the challenge), as well as some walking dumbbell lunges, calf raises and barbell squats.
Does feel great to see my overall strength increase as a result of putting more focus on my workouts as well as optimizing my diet for muscle growth since starting the challenge (I've accepted that I may end up gaining more weight than I would want otherwise, but that's part of the game).
Anyways, it was a great leg day🦵🏋️, although I am sure I will be sore as hell tomorrow😅.

Stop training for like a month because I did my first deadlift this friday at 45kg so I need to catch up ok. Maybe make it like 6months. Deal? Jeez showoff much.
