... customised according to the local tastes like as Noodles. I like it more when it covered with cheese and paneer along with onions. Here in the picture I forgot to give proper instructions and chef made it alot spicy 😝. However I made it to half way picking up all the above stuff I mentioned. Never forgot to give instructions to the who prepare the food when you have chance or know clearly what your cook is making for you 😂.
