It's really an interesting idea to make beetroot soup!I never did it before (usually I use beetroot only for salads)but it would be a cool thing to try it!!πŸ’šπŸ˜ƒ

    wait for the carpaccio😍but the soup is simple and tasty. enjoy it with hummus-cream (mix some hummus with oatmilk)
