Seja por pessoa jurídica, seja por carteira assinada, seja bolsa de estudos...
Na saúde do Rio de Janeiro, todos os trabalhadores estão sem receber, ou receberam parcialmente.
O pior que é o normal.
É angustiante, para muitos adoecedor. Trabalhar, ter compromissos a pagar, e não receber pelo trabalhado.
Mas não é uma regra para todos os servidores públicos, as funções executivas, legislativas e o jurídico recebem em dia. Principalmente a alta oligarquia.
Fora isso, no Rio de Janeiro os territórios estão cada vez mais perigosos e cruéis.
A política de ordem é burra, enfraquecer um poder local, dá margem para ocupação de facções criminosas opostas. É conflito polícia x facções tráfico, facções x facções, facções x milícia, milícia x polícia...
No meio disso quem sofre é a maioria da população.
Não tem vitorioso na guerra contra as drogas. Política de ordem, investimento econômico, sem investimento social, é fabrica de loucura.
Fábrica de sofrimentos. De crianças e de adultos. De inúmeras famílias... Muitas marcas que nem o tempo ameniza.
Mas seguimos, abalados, não se pode parar. Ao nível individual ainda pode-se fazer muito.
E resta torcer por um futuro mais coerente, mais civilizado, como grande parte da população merece.
