You have to really have them ripe on the stem and they will be sweet as in hungarian paprika thry use for the powder--- You should grind or pulverize because they are expensive as spice for gulash!

I already did sun dried those dark orange ones from the 6 plots, and soon they will be pulverized, I like it garnished in salads and pizzas.
