Recently a major drawback has been found in Intel, ARM, and MD chipsets, which are on almost all modern computer risks around the world. It also includes Apple's computers and mobile. To prevent this threat, Microsoft and Google have already issued security patches.

American technology giant Apple has recently said that all Mac and IOS devices ie iPhones and iPads are affected by this bug named Meltdown and Spectre. Earlier this was explained in the Google Security blog about how serious this bug could be.

Apple has said, 'This problem is in all the Modern Processors and it has affected almost all the devices and operating systems. All Mac systems and IOS devices are affected, but so far no news has been received from the customers about any problems'

Apple has released updates to protect the iPhone from Meltdown and Spector. This is an update of iOS 11.2.2, which is given in all iPhone 5 and above. You can update it by clicking on software update in settings.

The company has said that this is the necessary update for all users. Although Apple has cited its policy, it has said that the company can not tell which security has been done due to the weaknesses.

To prevent Spector, it has made several security changes, including Safari and Web kit. To download and install this update, you will need WiFi and can backup data to stay safe.

Security changes have been made in the supplement update of macOS High Sierra 10.3.2. If you install this update, Safari updates with it, as the safari is also affected by the flaws found in the chipset.
