Apple Is Making a Watch That Can Connect to the Internet - Here Are the Biggest Winners and Losers

Apple Inc's. (AAPL) conceivable plans for an Apple Watch that interfaces straightforwardly to cell systems would be an aid to cell transporters and a fiasco for equal smartwatch creators.
