@everyone sorry for the second mention during the same day. We have pushed a pretty large update and it's probably worth to share the main points here. More details will be in the <#1234428459749609532> channel soon.
New Starter Pools
Starting with this update we have some new "starter" reward pools specific for new players. This allows new players with a small number of NFTs to play the game without competition from larger studios. To qualify for the starter pools there are some restrictions:

  • all common NFTs (or at least 2 commons in the case of a 3 team project)
  • all cards received from opening packs (to reduce abuse by players sending cards to alt accounts)
  • less than 6 accessories equipped on your team
  • max one research can be used (limited at mark 1)
  • purchased the studio license less than 30 days ago (starting from today).

Rework on Traits
Up to this release trait boosts were only computed on the backend. But this is confusing at times, so we reworked the system to be visible right on the website. Now when you are creating a game and your team members have suitable traits you will see those traits highlighted.
Also fixed a typo that somehow was not noticed before on "development traits". The boost is on skill, not on speed. Now the website reflect this correctly.

Tuning on the way research and training impact rewards
PXL spent on research and training will be moved to the reward pools at a slower rate. This means that the impact on rewards will be better diluted over time.
