This is a fascinating moment in the occult video because 239 equals "Golden Gate" and "Heliofant" (the video creator) in the Jewish gematria cipher. In that moment we see the head of Anubis on the boat of the Messiah figure, who appears in that very moment for the first time. Anubis is a psychopomp, who guides spirits to the afterlife. His entire head is in the shadow, except for the left eye. We find this quote on the Eye of Horus Wikipedia page about the left eye symbolism:
In one myth, when Set and Horus were fighting for the throne after Osiris's death, Set gouged out Horus's left eye. The majority of the eye was restored by either Hathor or Thoth. When Horus's eye was recovered, he offered it to his father, Osiris, in hopes of restoring his life. Hence, the eye of Horus was often used to symbolise sacrifice, healing, restoration, and protection.
The scene also looks like the entrance through a gate in-between two towers. The Anubis face is facing the viewer and the camera moves closer and enters this "gate" between the ears of Anubis. The moment it passes through, the Messiah figure appears for the first time, right at minute 2:40. 240 equals "Gate of Man" in the Jewish gematria cipher, the alternative title for the Silver Gate. Isis' Silver Gate is the entry point for the soul into this reality before birth and the scene comes right after we saw the incubation chamber at 2:33, equaling "Messiah", which was guarded by the reptilian eye.
In other words, we see the birth of the Messiah / Anti-Christ from the perspective of the Golden Gate, which the Anubis head is facing. He is spiritually born out of the Silver Gate, the moment the number value reflects itself.

The Golden Gate, also called the "Gate of God", comes from Egyptian mythology, specifically the "Book of Gates". It depicts the journey of Osiris, the Sun (Horus, Ra) around the zodiac throughout a normal year as well as the Great Year of the precession of the equinoxes, which takes 26,000 years. It symbolizes the exit point for the soul after death and has its opposite in the Silver Gate of Isis, which is the entry point for the soul into the flesh.

One central motive of the film is the 9/11 deception. Even the title includes a hidden 9/11, with the "I" being the 9th letter of the alphabet and the "II" resembling an eleven and the Twin Towers.
