@shootphot, It's known knowledge for sure and why i am calling it as known knowledge because all the time our Inner Self and Intuition communicate with us about our Weaknesses but our ego stops to listening it.
In a way our weakness make us strong because till this point we are finding ourselves weak because we didn't worked towards our weak points and when we take steps towards it then slowly our weak points turns into strong points and in this way we grow and empower ourselves.
