The most important relationship to man after his relationship with God is his relationship with himself and in order to be a good relationship must spend a lot of his time with himself to question and to identify it and this so-called self-awareness.
The month of Ramadan is one of the most frequent months in which a lot of people are affected where there is a lack of pace of work, travel and other activities. It is necessary to use this month after worship to sit quietly, to meditate, to think and to achieve more self-awareness.
اهم علاقة للانسان بعد علاقته مع الله هي علاقته مع نفسه و لكي تكون هذه العلاقة طيبة يجب ان يقضي الإنسان الكثير من وقته مع نفسه لمساءلتها و للتعرف عليها و هذا ما يسمى بالوعي الذاتي.
شهر رمضان هو من اكثر الاشهر التي يثريت فيها الكثير من الناس حيث تنقص فيه وتيرة العمل و السفر و ما الى ذلك من الأنشطة. من الضروري إستغلال هذا الشهر بعد العبادات للجلوس في هدوء، للتأمل، و للتفكير و تحقيق المزيد من الوعي الذاتي.
