قامت مجموعة البلاك روك بتشكيل فريق عمل لدراسة امكانية الاستثمار في البيتكوين و العملات الرقمية حسب تقرير للفاينانشال نيوز، متراجعة بذلك عن مواقفها السابقة اتجاه هذا النوع من العملات و تصريحات مديرها التنفيذي سابقا حول القطاع
وقد خصصت البلاك روك اللتي تعد اكبر مزود لمنصات التداول في العالم ما يناهز 6.3 تريليون دولار، وهو ما يضاعف 25 مرة رأسمال سوق العملات المشفرة.
.وقد عرف سوق العملات المشفرة ارتفاعا صباح اليوم ليتجاوز 6600 دولار امريكي إلى حدود كتابة المقال
