It's a very shocking day for all Moonkart Players that after few weeks (or month ?) of drama on the Moonkart Discord, the bug exploitation is finally find the end of tunnels.
Today, the partner of Korver have announced they’re closing their game accounts and leaving the game’s Discord server. You know, they have been finish above everyone of recent season, with the leaderboard points way above the others.
It might be okay if it's just about him and the team are playing with very high playing time, but there is another serious problem, they are using fuels that coming from a bug ! There’s this sneaky fuel exploit messing with card staking and unstaking, and it’s been creating extra fuel outta nowhere, like just from a thin air ! this glitch happens randomly when you stake or unstake cards, and boom ! extra fuel shows up. Fuel’s what you need to race in this play-to-earn game , so it’s a big deal.
Korver's says they mostly bought or earned their fuel fair and square, but some of the fuel they used for racin’ came from the exploit. They swear they didn’t sell the extra fuel. Problem is, you can’t burn fuel or send it to a dead address, so they’re just leavin’ it behind in their accounts (apparently there is option for send it to khan the dev).
Big appreciation for the players that finally debunk the suspicious activity. Push the dev and other players for the investigation till finally reach this points. Think they are the hero for this game belonging !
The Moon Karts team hasn’t said anything yet, which has everyone wonderin’ what’s next. Will they fix this fuel thing or what? And what will they do with the rest of fuel and the rewards that been taken by the exploitation ??

Anyway, Moon Karts is super fun with its fast races and crypto rewards, but this whole drama shows how tricky web3 games can be. Hopefully after the drama ends and things were resolved, we can enjoy the game again, with players are competing each other for 1st position again, not dominated by the exploiters !
