Yes it is nice and old. Very true. Today's focus is on quantity, speed and "competitive" pricing, not so much on quality craftsmanship or taking pride in one's work. People want things done really fast and for dirt cheap. Yes, lol the windows do look similar to their arms in a way.

I actually just noticed that the bricks to the left and right are completely different brick styles as well as colors. It's like all 3 were built/remodeled at different times, I'm not sure. Anyways, I appreciate the comment!

Wow, classic image of the large, loping creatures. Can't remember what their name was. But they were cool. One of my favorite movies. Is that image from a game?
That's pretty wild about the bricks. Probably been fixing it for 100 years and each is different. I'm pretty sure you would have a hard time finding anyone to do a lot of the work on buildings today. Sad, but true. All lost arts.

Their name is the Mondoshawan. That movie is one of my favorites as well! Yes I believe so, I just googled 5th element aliens to get a picture of them and that was one of the first ones that came up.

Yes it is, and I'm glad I don't have any projects like that to work on. But if I did have the skills or knew somebody that did there is an old 'Historic' house (harbison house) around my area that is for sale and for real cheap. It's supposedly over 4000 ft^2 and 2 stories but the outside looks in bad shape, it's over 100 yrs old and is all done in red brick. The asking price isn't bad I suppose @ $109k but my guess is that it would probably cost that much just to have someone restore it properly, maybe even more.
