Hi @soulsdetour wanted to congratulate you for your post. I deeply enjoy it. Your pics reminded me to my home town. A place i leave years ago but that has a way to stay with me. There is some places there that look similar to what you captured in your photos. Maybe, that's why I have a thing for old buldings. Kinda feels like old buildings has a soul of their own. The certainty that this thing in front (or around you) has witnesed so many things, has protected so many people makes me feels something that new buldings just can't. Thank you for make me remember that. Hope you continue to capture the soul of old things in your photos.

I think that everything created by the human hand somehow magically has a soul. And you're right about the old buildings. Maybe that's exactly why I'm attracted to them too. They have given us so much! Also, they are imbued with so many human lives of the people who lived in them. That is why there is so much energy, power and strength in them. And we, people, seem to be deliberately destroying this power. Because we don't understand the essence of things. 😕Hi @gornat, you touch on some pretty interesting topics in this comment. First of all, I'm glad to have awakened fond memories in your soul.

Hi @soulsdetour I agree, people live in such a hurry, continuously seeking for knew stuff to own and never stops to really values things. Hope you continue your amazing work.

Always interesting exploring cities, turn a corner and you never know what you’ll find.

Exactly! And as I mentioned very recently in one of my comments - the country I live in is full of surprises. Especially in small towns and villages. They are literally waiting for you around every corner.

Hi again, @soulsdetour! 😃 Your photography is admirable and these ones are not an exception. You like to showcase something unique which most photographers would not pick.

I see the the imprint of time, culture and mentality in this old building. The structure is quite old and the wears and tears are boldly showing on the walls. I can't imagine how it looked when it was newly completed.

Nice. 😊😊 Thanks for sharing.

I can't imagine either! It must have been very beautiful. All the monumental buildings I have shown so far, like this one here, were beautiful in their grandeur, unattainable grandeur for their time. And today they are left to fall into a state where it seems as if their existence is no longer desired. Yet it can't be not desired, since people continue to live here... 😌

1947 , it was exactly two years after my country became independent, it has been a long time, but the beauty is still real today, superb architectural design

Really! Such a young country is that! In fact, although my country had long ago declared independence, at the time of the construction of this city I would not say that it was fully independent. No small or poor country could be fully independent. This is also true today.

That's right, everything in this world certainly needs the intervention of others to be able to stand up, be it the country, people and others, thank you ma'am

Have a good weekend🤗🙏

Yay! 🤗
