This is an Archon Governance Proposal, all post rewards go to the governance fund.
If accepted by the Archon Community, the following changes will be made to ARCHONM:
- 4 miners will be selected to receive hive rewards per round (instead of 1).
- Hive reward will be set to (HIVE Balance) * 0.00025 (1/4 previous amount).
- An archon user will only be able to receive a Hive reward once per round.

This will be our first run of the governance system, and it is far from complete... But this alpha system will allow us to govern until a better system is in place.
