Hello, my name is Wayne. I am glad and excited to be a part of Hive community. I was born and raised in a beautiful province of Negros Oriental, Philippines. Being the only child in the family,I have learned and understand the need to harness my skills for the reason that mom really wanted me to be equip and must learn to deal whatever life throws at me.I have been expose to many hobbies and extracurricular activities and to which I'm so grateful because she just bring out the best in me.
Taekwondo kid: In Yellow Belt
I was already trainning taekwondo at the age of eight (8) and I was doing it extra hard out of passion and was proud of receiving awards. Since then, martial art became one of my sport I would rather invest time more than anything!
Karate kid
How did I get here from taekwondo to karate? It was when my family decided to move to another Island and my mom did everything she could looking for taekwondo so I can continue training but to no avail. Most of martail arts were close due to pandemic.One day,when we were in "Forest Camp" resort- this is one of the known resort in Valencia: more like virgin forest- everything so natural; then we saw a group in white martial suits training. Without hesitataion my mom inquired and I started training the following Sunday.It is also great.
My mom has taught me "good balance" and "meditation" since even when I was still a kid.She's just really into that stuff that she has influenced me big time.Thanks mom!
Cyclist
Cycling is also fun and perfect if you want to keep your body fit and to improve stamina and endurance.Catching up with adult relatives in cycling; always surprises my mom.
Swimmer
I am also a trained swimmer since four(4) years old. I really enjoy swimming and I always have a good sleep right after. I am also looking forward to snorkling and scuba diving. I think that is another level of experience to have.
Wall Climber
This allows me to exercise even my tiny musles in my hands and very fulfilling pushing yourself to the top. ##
Skater
My first skating experience was when I was still about 4 years old.That's the advantage I have. This help me improve my karate movements and keep me in good stance.
Animal Lover
My first chicks. I didn't get to see them growing mature because my mom have to bring them to my grandparents. We live in subdivision where we have to follow rules,no annoying animals allowes like dogs or chicken. That was a bit sad side of the story.
