So I'm still out here in Syria and all is well, still getting our job done regardless of the volatile atmosphere in the area.
Today in a little we headed to the firing range in camp for a little healthy competition in our platoon. Set up as practice shoot and competition we fired on various types of targets and scenarios to keep our shooting skills practiced and a little bragging rights for the winners.
Broken into 7 teams, my team claimed victory in the end. Although the teperatures in our area reached a scorching 37 degrees celsius which was torture it did give us a little practice and a chance to confirm our weapons were still zeroed.
