A New Dawn

Arsene Wenger has been in charge of Arsenal FC for almost 22 years and is set to step down at the end of the season. He win 3 English Premier League titles, 7 FA Cups and 7 FA community shields making that 17 trophies if you consider the community shield a trophy. Personally I feel his 22 year tenure at arsenal is mixed with the first 10 years a success and the last 12 years a failure. This change really should have come sooner. Now this is a new dawn and judging from what the major media heads have been saying, the search for a new manager at arsenal has been narrowed down to two of Roles elite coaches in person of Luis Enrique and Maximilliano Allegri. Both Allegri abd Enrique have made a name for themselves both know their domestic Leagues and at the European stage. Let's take a look at these two managers in detail.

Luis Enrique

Luis Enrique started his managerial journey by replacing Pep Guardiola as the Barcelona B coach where he performed well. He left his position as the coach of the Barcelona B team to take charge over the reigns at AS Roma. At AS Roma he had a rather underwhelming spell where he decided to quit after one season. At Celta Vigo he somewhat reddeemed himself by helping Celta Vigo to a 9th place finish in the league. He left after a season as well and took over at Barcelona where he had his most remarkable success as a manager wining the treble in his first season (La Liga, UEFA Champions League, Cops De Rey).
Arsenal fans should expect from him a manager that is hungry for success especially in a different county. He might not be the best when it comes to tiki-taka but can still offer a nice brand of football and bring a winning mentality to the club.

Maximilliano Allegri

Max Allegri on the other hand is a huge managerial figure especially in Italy because of the amount of domestic titles he has won. Right now he's on the verge of stealing his seventh successful scudetto (Serie A Title) with Juventus. He has however, fallen short in two Champions League finals against the Spanish giants Barça and Real Madrid. His teams are known to have defensive foundations, they do an efficient and excellent job. He is not known for flashy, exciting football but he gets the job done. I think most Arsenal fans should expect in Allegri if he gets the job is something new and different form what they've been used to for years now. A defensive brand of football, he'll build a compact team that will thrive more on counter attacking football epecially against the big sides.

So arsenal fans or neutrals who would you rather have at arsenal?

Who was the boy that collected the red tie sef..

Maximilliano Allegri Seems like the best pick for them.
