"Sketch" might just be the right app for you!
I've made this piece on Sketch, using fingers only.
I like the app's user interface. it offers the capability of making multiple layers, editing them, and... in addition to not very diverse, but quite handy brushes.
However, I wouldn't recommend it for extra detailed works and any designs that require +2340px. [Which, in my opinion, is not a problem as PCs are supposed to be used for running thorough projects.]

Sketch tips:
- if you want to go crazy with some extra details, you can always work on detailed objects on a bigger scale (as you can see on the following pictures) then, import them into the background.
- To simulate the texture of dark surfaces, draw a silhouette of the darkest tone in the surface first, and then start shading it, using a low opacity of the lightest tone.
