Long-bearded Jesus version of :: DANIEL LARIMER :: art-universe draws the Steemit members

Drawing: DANIEL LARIMER

Hello Steemians and all my followers. This is the 8th post of a series of drawings, which is focussed on the most important component of STEEMIT – all of you! The community.

The post is tagged with Steemfest, because I made this series with the hope to finance a last minute ticket, hotel and flight to attend STEEMFEST. It is like a quest, a challenge for me. Let's see if I can succeed. Here you can find my post, why I would like to participate STEEMFEST - my entry for the giveaways of @blueorgy and @firepower.

This time I want to present: DANIEL LARIMER @dan aka @dantheman.... again - Well, some of you might have noticed that I love to draw and paint longbearded men. I don't know, the old patriarchic stereotype of the old wise man is something I just love; doesn't matter if it's related to religion, spirituality, myths or the tarot cards. Two days ago I posted my watercolor version of Fyrstikken, but I thought it would be a challenge to make @dan give a change and see what happens. THIS IS NO OFFENSE in no way; I just wanted to try this out in an artisticly way and see what happens.... it seems a savior has been born :-)

So I hope you enjoy the painting process!

This are some of the other steemians you can expect in the next days (in no particular order)

@frystikken
@sean-king
@steemed-open
@stellabelle
@teamsteem
@eveuncovered
@stackin
and many more!

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO LEAVE A COMMENT; I appreciate constructive critic and questions! Thanks!

Thanks for viewing and blessings, Martin

He will look like this after a couple of blockchains he creates... Actually I am wondering why he is not looking like that right now ... bts, steem, EOS would take ages for other developers to complete :)

looool thats really funny :-D

I now have a reason to celebrate Christmas again 😄

This is a great work of art. I pray that you are lucky, @art-universe

Nicely done!

Thanks!

I like that you showed various stages of it, in creation. I want to do a video of me making a Flame Painter painting; I tried today, and failed, as CamStudio doesn't seem to want to work on this machine. Needs investigation, like so many other things! :)

Hi @art-universe, I see you have mentioned me.
This is automatic response so that I may respond to your mention later.
