Beautiful painting. I particularly like the color palette - the blues and purples set the reds off in a somber way which matches well with the subject matter. This is awesome that you are donating half the earnings, I hope this post gets some serious attention! It is a strange world we live in, and it is too bad so many people seem to dehumanize the poor and less fortunate.
