
When the sun doesn’t cooperate, and water is falling from the sky, make lemonade. Not with the rain! With the lights reflecting in puddles.
I have long enjoyed nighttime photography and the play of light off wet surfaces, and daylight photos of boats on water. Only recently have I appreciated overcast days for the many opportunities for reflections off myriad surfaces and puddles of varying depths. But I’m definitely having a lot of fun with it!
This was taken with my iPhone 6 plus, and processed through the Instagram Hefe filter. It’s the corner of Mass Avenue and Marlboro Street in Boston.
