So here is the final result of my latest pencil portrait! This actually is not a commission. This guy in the portrait is a singer, i really love his music. Now famous enough for a lot of people to recognize him, but still i wanted to make a portrait of him, also because i contacted him and he said that he will publish the portrait on this social sites.
So basically i shaded the background and worked on the details. Spent about 2 more hours shading small places. Erased some hair on the forehead to make it look wider and bigger a little bit.
Also after i shaded the background i outlined the face, ears, just so ir would stand out more, because i cant really shade 100% line to line and sometimes i get too messy and the portrait really disappears in it.

In the end i think it came out pretty well. Looks realistic and the eyes are looking very alive i think. The eyes are always the first thing i see in people in real life too, and in portraits, it is the most important thing for me.
