This is Amber, she Dragon, but this is her cat form.
Amber is Ember's (she's in the template) sister.
I made her in paint, (no base) I drew her on paper first and took a picture and outlined her in paint.
(My Little Pony is owned by Hasbro, but my art is my own.)
