So rare, it’s the first one of its kind.
One sunny morning in December, we awoke to a melodious tweet. Joe Looney from Rare Pepe Wallet had a splendid idea. Why not get together all the folks who are working on rare digital art collectibles on blockchain so we can meet, schmooze, learn, show off, and have the dopest time? Everyone jumped in, and in less time that you can say “cryptocurrency”, this great event was born.
The fast and furious guys of R.A.R.E made it happen. The program is still under wraps, but it promises sundry superstars of the rare art universe, like Joe Looney of Rare Pepes fame, and the founders of Age of Chains, Cryptokitties, Cryptopunks, Decentraland, Spells of Genesis, and many more. Beatriz, founder of DADA will also be among them. And Judy, the cofounder, will be interviewing artist Richard Prince, who is jumping on the blockchain bandwagon with The Ready Made Token (dadaism lives!).
People are coming all the way from Switzerland, China, Italy, and Queens.
