People can be monsters and even more so, people carry around attachments that love to egg on and cultivate toxic situations to feed off of their desired emotions and vibrations. Attachments will cling to negative people and weaknesses in people. They cause distress in ways that will create emotions such as fear, anger, sadness, depression, self-loathing, anxiety, etc. by "speaking" to you in your head saying things like "you aren't good enough" to hype up emotions they want to feed off of, they might also show you a series of images or "scenes" that will cause you distress, or they will hang around and egg you on to cause harm to others. I have recently gained an incredible appreciation for these non physical beings, as I pick up one from time to time I have observed as they are picking on me they are highlighting things I need to work on or eradicate from my gigai(Earth body) or avatar in this game of "reality", to level up and strengthen myself. I have been able to quickly identify when I am being affected by or have picked up one and the bandaid fix is to banish it off of me but the real work is healing the root weaknesses.
