The blessing of the Lantern Festival

Yesterday was the Lantern Festival, so today I would like to share with you the painting of holiday.

Speaking of the Lantern Festival, it seems pointless today, but it was a very important holiday in China in ancient times. Do you know why it was so important at that time? Because there are two reasons. One is that on the day people can enjoy various lanterns, the other is that people can stroll in the evening on the street. This was unusual at that time. Because people used to stay at home on the evening, can't go out at night. So when the Lantern Festival was coming, thousands of people can walk on the street to enjoy beautiful scenery. So it was an enormous carnival.

But yesterday I didn't go out to enjoy lanterns and stayed at home with my family, eating the rose sweet dumplings, chatting with them, felt very comfortable.

I love the post. Family transmits tradition. Even when the origin of the tradition is forgotten, it's a kind of glue that unites a family. I like the picture. It captures the warmth of the evening. You've made a circle. Everything gathers around the center, like your family that night, joined together, eating dumplings, honoring tradition.

Lovely art and photographs like it more more beautiful.
