In this image, I wanted to capture the feelings and fears of suicide. Instead of showing the death I wanted to display a possibility for the end result while also capturing the feelings that transferred over. We see the subject now dead staring at her gravestone while in a dark and bleak world being stocked by the shadows of other beings. It's lonely and isolated and at this point, her escape doesn't seem like much of an escape.
I wanted to go for a bit of a lovecraft feel here as I think lovecraftian horror has a way of capturing the minds fears in such a beautiful way.
