I certainly appreciate your kind words about my art. Sometimes I surprise myself at what comes out of what I do. Sometimes it's a good surprise, other times ... not quite. 😄 Creating it is a lot of fun all the same.
Maybe I should write a poem... "Ode To Meatloaf".... ha ha It is such a versatile food item. We like to use hamburger and ground sausage in ours (along with onions and green peppers and the such)...not in equal parts, but twice as much hamburger as sausage. I really love how the sausage kicks it up a notch... or at least we think so.
