Art I'm doing for my mothers birthday

Hello everyone,
Im doing some art for my mothers birthday and I usually do portraits, this one is a mountain range

Ive been working on it for awhile, but I think it needs some depth but I don't know how to add it. If anyone could help me with suggestions on how to make it look better I would appreciate it
