9 month or something like that since I last did social media. Here is an update.
Last December I began writing a book based on ultra short stories that I had written here on Hive. Now it is finished and you can see it (and download it) in its entirety here:

Thanks! I have a hard time getting started again. But, yes, I have been very busy. Finishing this work was really something - I have been stuck in so many projects and had a hard time to get a flow. But it is coming back to me. I hope you are doing well over there in troubletrump land. So much confusion over nothing.
Same old same old in the USofA. Nothing has changed for me or for anyone I know. All is going very well in fact. Democrats are doom and gloom every minute of every day, despite the fact that their lives are no worse than they have been for many years. That is not to say I think all will be well. Trump is every bit as bad as any horrible president, but no worse than many horrible presidents before him. Biden, for instance, if you ask me. It's all for show. I try not to pay much attention.
I get the too many projects 'problem'. I'm learning Tai Chi, country fiddle, gardening, food preservation, privacy technology, stock market trades, am in a couple of writing groups, singing, dog training... It sure could be worse than having too many projects going on at once.

That's my point. Nothing have happened and he is like he's on meth. Biden fell down the mobile aircraft stairs when he really performed. I can't sell anything to the US any more, it is not practical. And then the most stupid war ever (and there have been a few) loosing it in the first month and now not able to stop it for stupid pride. He might be as bad as any other president - but definitely more annoying. In my opinion at least... Bertolt Brecht, the communist German poet who deservedly ended up in East Germany after the war, made a beautiful song about all the great men that goes up and down with the waterwheel - but the river (the people) just flows.
So the river still flows at your place too. Sounds good with both fiddle, garden and tai chi. Good thing we can write across the world.
Showmanship. He's an actor. They all are. Except maybe Biden. He was daft the day he was elected. Why Dems think things would be different, better, if only a Democrat were in that office beats me. We had a completely senile president for four years! Vote blue, no matter who - they honestly think a senile old man was better than Trump, ignoring the implications that the president is not in any way in charge. Although Trump may have more power than Biden did. He's got the stable coin CBDC all wrapped up for himself. I'm moving most of my currency assets out of USD, at least for the time being. Can always pop it back if needed.
Well, actors shouldn't create wars. That was the one thing I thought he wouldn't do. But there you go. The democrats might not do much good either, I agree. The river beneath these days is also far too panicky too my taste, but that's another story.
Did Trump create this war? We can trace Iran back at least as far as Reagan. Did Biden create the nonsense still going on in The Ukraine? Or was that Obama/Clinton back in 2012-2014? The presidents have no power over war or not, just as congress has no power, although congress seems to have abdicated its responsibilities there. Maybe someday they will grow their balls back, but that seems unlikely for now. The presidency and the congress are all for show. They agree to act their parts in order to enrich themselves. I wonder how many of our presidents have ever done anything other, have really given a shit about what is good for the populace. Actions are presented to us as good for the populace, but few if any of them have done us any good at all. Facsism is fully here, evidenced most starkly in the field of medicine, and has been creeping up on us for a very long time.

Arg. 10 years. I just saw that too. I'll tag along for some more years I guess. And thanks for reading the book - these days people tend to just watch TV shows .=)
