In this choatic world, all we need is to be calm. If we don’t, we fall into the trap of this outer world and forget our inner world. And I believe, our inner world is more important than the outer one, because if we are disturbed from the inside everything seems irritating to us.
And as they say, “There is no greater wealth in this world than peace of mind.” This quote actually makes sense. Without peace of mind, we are losing ourselves every day without even noticing it. But eventually we start noticing changes in our behavior like irritation, anger, rudeness, being hurtful sort of things.
So, I believe being calm is the only way to enjoy life in all the situations, be it in good times or bad times. Being calm will give you strength to fight and even solve the problems in better ways that life brings to you.
