Gesture for dispelling fear and anxiety
Raise your left hand to your shoulder level. Keep your arms bent.
Keep your right hand by the sides of your body.
Keep your palms outwards with your fingers extended upright.
Keep your breath uncontrolled and focus on your breath.
Hold this for 10-15 seconds and slowly bring your hands down.
