So the project I posted about before here, at the time when I was making it I put a lot of the development work together into a sketchbook. The printed version was one of the Kickstarter rewards, but now it's just collecting dust so I figured I'd share the pages here. Forever immortalized on the blockchain!!!










The book is 90 pages, so I'll post a bit now and then in-between other posts.

Thanks @oyvindsabo! This project was a real eye opener for me. Before it, I hadn't really done any sequential work, and all the designs started out really stiff and lifeless. Coming from an illustration background I had a tendency to focus on the wrong details, but after a while I started to get a better sense of what attracted me to my favorite comics, graphic novels and anime, and it was all about the characters, so I spent a long time really trying to harness and develop that. Still a long way to go, but I'm glad you like it!
