According to my judge, this unique painting describe us about the development of fredristad town in 1945. Ecpesially ecinomic development.

Erling Andreassens has painted pictures from all over the city over the years and most of his photos are at the Fredrikstad Museum. unfortunately he no longer lives. It was not often he painted winter pictures and it makes the painting unique.
