NASH, the Northwest Arts Streaming Hub (@nwartstream on socials) is bringing Live Theatre, Music, Dance, and other Multi-Disciplinary Arts to the blockchain!
What is NASH?
We are a virtual guide to live and on-demand creative work taking place in the Pacific Northwest. We help artists find audiences, and audiences find meaning.
We accept submissions on a rolling basis from multidisciplinary individual artists, as well as arts organizations, so don't be too shy to visit our submissions page and signup.
We're new kids on the block, and we're excited get a chance to sit at the table with the cools kids (all you lovely blockchain pioneers that have led the way for us). With any luck, we won't be the last Arts Organization join the Hive Blockchain in 2020. Just like many of you did for you local areas, industries and friend groups; we're hoping to pioneer the way for Pacific Northwest Arts and beyond!
Within our work (live streams and digital marketing/ promotion) we center the creativity and leadership of BIPOC, LGBTQIA, womxn, disabled, low-income folks, and other community members burdened by systemic oppressions; our vision is a platform and leadership team that embodies the complex identities, understandings, and outstanding talents of our region. We are committed to being anti-racist and pro-justice.
Essentially, we are building a website that aggregates the best live and on-demand video content in the Northwest. As we continue to develop NASH, you will be able to find a wealth of incredible projects - from theatrical productions, to concerts, to arts education classes ready to stream to your living room, to informal comedy hours, to gallery and backstage tours of cultural sites across the region, to podcasts and talks with cultural leaders. AND as we monetize, 100% of donations made on our website and other platforms will go to Artists.
