Wrap round a stripe of paper.
Squeeze your fingers.
Insert a toothpick into strip.
Spin it counterclockwise.
Repeat 3cm from the navel
Spin the toothpick on the paper counterclockwise. Then squeeze it using fingers.
Put some glue.
Thats it.
