My bronze Seeker-on-a-page for #ColorChallenge

For today's Thursday Green, here is a sculpture I did about 20 years ago. It is a Seeker on a written page, with a lamp.

The green surface is copper oxide, created adding a strong acid on the bronze. This process is called coaling.

I did some variations on this subject

(This last one is a oil on cardboard painting, 2009).

    That last one is amazing! The color scheme makes it feel so hazy and ethereal, foggy even, you really get the sense that the lamp is illuminating the scene there.
