When you have a new article ready, pick one of those communities and post it there.
If you use peakd.com to post, there is a crosspost function that allows to share the same post in other community as well. Those posts will have declined payout and will direct to the main post. That way you have only one post published.
Check the community rules before crossposting though, no all allow it.
