We have a barbarian warrior, we have a shelter/house for the warrior. That means we have now permanent settlement. The village starts to take shape. More villagers will move to this new location to seek protection from our strong warrior. But we need a watchtower for protections. Enemies are all around the wild.

As always we start with the simple sketch. The big rock in the middle seems too big to move around. Probably that rock has been there when they built the watchtower. Smaller rocks can be moved. And there is the little wooden support. I am not sure it is sustainable. It's not looking strong probably will break after a while. Maybe I won't include the support.
I created a color palette for easy access to the colors when painting. Painted the whole thing with the middle color. This is the type of painting i like the most because its grayscale and doesn't involve complex colors. I am Red/Green color blind ( Strong Protan - Protanopia )
Protans, people with Protanomaly, have a type of red-green color blindness in which the red cones are not absent but do not detect enough red and are too sensitive to greens, yellows, and oranges. As a result, greens, yellows, oranges, reds, and browns may appear similar, especially in low light. Red and black might be hard to tell apart, especially when red text is against a black background.

First I trimmed the edges and get rid of the sketch lines. Add more shadows and lights and define the shapes of the rocks. You can change shapes of the rocks and add cracks etc in this step however you like. After defining the shapes we need some ground and grass. The best way to do it is by using custom brushes you can find on the internet for concept art. If you cant find any leave a comment and i can send you my brush set. They are very useful. Those grasses are brush as well. You can simple draw like you are drawing a line and a grass will appear. its like a magic ^^ After finishing touches here is the result.
