"Trial" line art )shadeflowersart (65)in #art • 26 days ago A drawing that was pre-sketched in advance and redrawn as line art on the 13th. But I don't know yet if I'll finish drawing it. #hive #ecency
The lines of the thirteenth
Just fell asleep
Until the new spring.
For now, the finale
Is hidden in the future
Behind this portrait.
Time will show the way,
When the desire to create returns again.
The figure waits,
While I weigh
Every little thing.
The pen lies nearby,
The metal rings of the folder
Glimmer coldly.
An unfinished movement
Often has more freedom in it.
The thirteenth day
Brought only an outline,
And then it's empty.
The image on paper
Looks so calm
In my doubts.
Leave it as is,
Or continue the search for
Lost lines?
Each new stroke
Requires a solution,
Which is not there.
An old quick sketch
Waited a long time in the dark
For its new day.
The thirteenth,
A black confident liner
Outlined the contour.
A thin line
Confidently leads the shoulder
Of the beautiful witch.
The gaze comes to life,
But around the figure
Only emptiness.
The basic frame
Already fixed here,
On a white sheet.
But the hand froze,
When the ink dried
In the rays of the sun.
Should I go further,
Filling the plane
With a heavy shadow?
The drawing froze
At the crossroads of thoughts
In complete silence.
Today I don't know,
Whether color will appear
On this outfit.
Perhaps this graphic
Will remain light
In the old folder.
Awesome work on the daily Ecency leaderboard quest, @shadeflowersart!
